Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) executed its acquisition of Alcoa Warrick LLC from Alcoa Corporation. The transaction is valued at $670 million and closed on March 31, 2021.

Kaiser Aluminum Corporation manufactures and sells semi-fabricated specialty aluminum mill products.

Alcoa Warrick Operations is one of the world’s largest producer of aluminum sheet for the food and beverageindustry.
