O’Melveny represented Kabam, a leader in multiplayer free-to-play games for mobile devices, in the sale of the bulk of its assets to South Korea’s Netmarble.
Kabam, Inc., an entertainment company, develops free-to-play games for mobile devices and Web platforms. The company, led by Kevin Chou, Michael Li, Holly Liu, Shel Perham and Kent Wakeford, is based in San Francisco (CA).
The deal is expected to close during the first quarter of 2017.
