Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Juro in the operation.
Juro, a leading UK-based provider of contract management software, announced it had raised $5.25 million in a Series A financing round led by New York-based Union Square Ventures (USV) – the backers of Twitter, Twilio, Etsy and Kickstarter – in a rare US-to-Europe investment in legal tech.
Juro transforms legal contracts from static files into dynamic, modular agreements that integrate seamlessly with core business processes like Sales and HR workflows.
Other investors included Point Nine Capital, Taavet Hinrikus, and Paul Forster. The financing brings Juro’s total funds raised to $8 million.
The Wilson Sonsini team included partners Michael Labriola (Picture) and Daniel Glazer, and associate Diviya Padman.
