Juniper Networks, Inc. offered $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.750% notes due 2029, and a concurrent cash tender offer to purchase any and all $600 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 3.300% notes due 2020 and 4.600% notes due 2021. The concurrent cash tender offer will be funded with the proceeds of the notes offering, together with available cash.
