John Hancock’s Investment in ExteNet Systems

Paul, Weiss advised John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A) on the deal.

John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A) acted as lead investor in a consortium that acquired approximately 30% of ExteNet Systems, a leading provider of mobility and fiber connectivity solutions, and the largest private owner and operator of DAS and small cell networks in the U.S. Proceeds from the transaction will allow ExteNet to scale for 5G network densification and address advanced connectivity needs.
