Herbert Smith Freehills has advised Chinese-based Melbourne property developer Jinding Australia on the acquisition of a 94 hectare development in Armstrong Creek.
The project is located 10 kilometres from the centre of Geelong and 16 kilometres from the coastal town of Torquay. The development will be jointly project managed by Jinding Australia and noted Western Australian developer Yolk Property Group.
Jinding Australia specialises in Australian property services for buyers and property partners. They focus on Australian property development, real estate, property and funds management and financial, migration and education services.
