Jiayuan International Group Limited’s $300 Million Senior Notes Offering

Conyers, alongside Sidley Austin, provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Jiayuan International Group Limited. Shearman & Sterling represented the initial purchasers.

Jiayuan International Group Limited issued of an aggregate amount of US$300 million 12.5% senior notes due 2023.

HSBC, BOCOM International, CCB International, Valuable Capital Limited, Guotai Junan International, CMB International, CMBC Capital, Vision Capital International Holdings Limited, TF International, Harmonia Capital Limited, Zhongrong PT Securities Limited, Seazen Resources and GF Securities acted as the initial purchasers for the offering.

The Company is a property developer of large-scale residential and integrated commercial complex projects in different major cities in the People’s Republic of China.
