JD Logistics, Inc.’s HK$24.6 Billion IPO

JD Logistics Inc., the delivery arm of e-commerce giant JD.com Inc., has raised about HK$24.6 billion ($3.2 billion) after pricing its Hong Kong initial public offering near the bottom of a marketed range, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
Trading commenced on May 28, 2021.

JD Logistics Inc. is China’s leading technology-driven supply chain solutions and logistics services provider. 

The Maples and Calder team comprised partner Richard Spooner (Picture) and associate Vivian Lee.
