Jackpocket’s $120 Million Series D Financing

Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian advised Raine Venture Partners on the deal.

Raine Venture Partners acted as an investor in the $120 million Series D financing of Jackpocket, a developer of a mobile lottery app. Jackpocket will use the new capital to expand its team with new talent to help support the company and expand across international markets.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Bradley Krack (Picture) and Jeffrey Higgins and included Jordan Murray and Leanne Gould.
