Itron’s $100 Million High?Yield Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by Wells Fargo Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $100 million 144A/Reg. S high?yield senior notes offering of Itron, Inc.

Itron, Inc. is a leading technology and services company dedicated to the resourceful use of electricity, natural gas and water. The Company, led by Philip C Mezey, Simon Pontin and Thomas L Deitrich, designs, manufactures, markets, sells, installs, and services hardware, software, and integrated systems for handheld computer-based electronic meter reading and automatic meter reading systems.

The transaction closed on January 19, 2018.
