Iron Pillar acquisition of a significant minority stake in Skill-Lync, Inc, through a primary investment. The total deal value is approx. $17.5 million out of which Iron Pillar’s investment is $15 million.

The Target, through its subsidiary in India, i.e., EPowerX Learning Technologies Private Limited, provides industry-relevant courses in mechanical, electrical, civil, and computer science engineering for students in India and other parts of the world.
