Schulte represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch, as administrative agent, and UBS Securities LLC, as sole lead arranger, in connection with a $420-million U.S. dollar-denominated term loan, a €200-million euro-denominated term loan and a $20-million revolving credit facility for affiliates of ION Investment Group in their acquisition of a controlling stake in Dealogic from affiliates of The Carlyle Group and certain other owners.
ION Investment Group (“ION”) and The Carlyle Group announced a recapitalization of Dealogic, a global provider of data and analytics for the capital markets, in which ION is acquiring a controlling stake in the company and Carlyle and management are retaining significant ownership. The transaction is subject to customary approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017.
