InVivo’s acquisition of CCAB Agro S.A.

Demarest and Pereira Neto Macedo Advogados have advised on the transaction

French animal feed specialist and cooperative group InVivo has acquired the Brazilian pesticides cooperative CCAB-Agro

CCAB-Agro was founded in 2006 and is formed of 18 local cooperatives and two producing groups. In the harvest year ending in June 2015 the cooperative reported net revenues of BRL 331mn (EUR 98.51mn USD 105.38mn).

According to sources, InVivo acquired CCAB-Agro through a capital injection of $70.8 Million in the business.

InVIvo operates in 30 countries and its revenues totalled €6.4 Billion in the 2015-2016 fiscal year, the company, operates in Brazil through Neovia.
