InVision’s $115 Million Series F Round Funding

Gunderson Dettmer advised InVision on the deal

InVision, the digital product design platform powering the world’s best user experiences, has raised $115 million in Series F funding, bringing its total funding to $350 million. Spark Capital led the round, joined by Goldman Sachs and existing investors Battery Ventures, ICONIQ Capital, Tiger Global Management, FirstMark, and Geodesic Capital.

The round also included an investment from Atlassian, which was previously announced as part of the larger strategic relationship between the two companies. Megan Quinn, a General Partner at Spark Capital and former product leader at Google and Square, will be joining InVision’s Board of Directors.

InVision is celebrating the milestone of reaching five million users. InVision helps 97% of the Fortune 100 to drive business value through digital product design. Its design tools and educational resources are used by over 60,000 customers to create powerful and engaging digital experiences, including organizations as varied as Adidas, Amazon, General Electric, IKEA, NASA, Netflix, Qantas, Starbucks, Toyota, Uber and Vodafone.
