Niederer Kraft Frey advised Paragon Partners GmbH and the other shareholders on the sale of their shares in KADI AG to Invision AG.
KADI is a leading producer of Swiss premium potato products and has developed into one of the leading brands in the convenience sector with particularly innovative and high-quality refrigerated and frozen products in recent years. It employs 180 people and generates sales of CHF 75 million.
