interactive investor’s £48.5 Million Acquisition Of EQi Direct-To-Consumer Customer Business Of Equiniti Financial Services Ltd

DWF has advised Equiniti Group plc on the deal.

Equiniti Group plc sold the EQi direct-to-consumer customer business of Equiniti Financial Services Ltd to interactive investor (ii), for up to £48.5m. 

The sale to ii, one of the UK’s largest direct-to-consumer investment platforms, is expected to complete this summer.
