Cahill represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.5% senior notes due 2023 by Intelsat Connect Finance S.A., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Intelsat S.A.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as Initial Purchasers on the offering.
Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
