Inmobiliaria Conjunto Polanco’s 86.9 million Credit Facility

Jones Day advised Banco Santander México on the transaction

Inmobiliaria Conjunto Polanco – a subsidiary of retailer Grupo Gigante – secured a $86.9 million credit facility from Banco Santander México.

Poceeds will be used to finance the construction and development of Miyana, a mixed-used residential and commercial real estate development in Mexico City.

Miyana, is one of the largest mixed-used developments in the Mexican capital, covering 1.5 million square feet, and which opened in 2016 in the Polanco neighbourhood.
