Ingevity Corporation’s $375 Million Incremental Credit Facility


Cahill represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $375,000,000 incremental term A credit facility for Ingevity Corporation.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. acted as administrative agent on the transaction.

Ingevity Corporation is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals and high performance activated carbon materials. Proceeds from the incremental term A credit facility will be used to repay borrowings under Ingevity Corporation’s revolving credit facility.
