ZipDrug, an innovative pharmacy management company focused on improving the quality of pharmacy care, executed its acquisition by IngenioRx, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anthem, Inc.

This acquisition expands upon IngenioRx’s existing capabilities that focus on simplifying care and bringing clarity to costs. ZipDrug’s solutions connect consumers to high-performing pharmacies that have a proven track record of providing impactful clinical care with higher patient adherence rates, and deliver needed medications directly to a patient’s home, ultimately boosting outcomes.
