Infracommerce’s $9 Million Acquisition of Summa Solutions

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Infracommerce on the deal.

Infracommerce has acquired, through its subsidiary New Retail, Summa Solutions. The deal value is USD 9.00 million (BRL 46,82 million).

Summa Solutions is a Seller Center platform and software development company with expertise in implementing complex e-commerce and large-scale digitalization projects in Latin America.

The acquisition by New Retail has been completed, with the parties only having to fulfill certain post-closing obligations customary for this type of transaction.
