Impro Precision’s $128.2 Million Initial Public Offering And Rule 144A/Regulation S Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in the initial public offering and Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by Impro Precision Industries Limited (“Impro Precision”).

Impro Precision offered an aggregate of 333,300,000 shares (prior to the exercise of underwriters’ overallotment option). The total offering size was HK$999.9 million (approximately US$128.2 million). The shares of Impro Precision are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Morgan Stanley and BOCI International acted as the joint sponsors. Morgan Stanley, BOCI International, GF Securities Hong Kong Brokerage Limited and AMTD acted as the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.

Impro Precision is a global top 10 manufacturer of high-precision, high-complexity and mission-critical casting and machines components for diverse end-markets.
