ILC Holdco SpA’s Public Tender Offer for an additional 13.82% Stake in 13,82% Banco Internacional

Inversiones La Construcción (ILC), the investment holding company of Chilean construction chamber CChC, launched a public tender offer to buy an additional stake of 13,82% in Banco Internacional.

Banco Internacional S.A. provides various banking products and services in Chile. Banco Internacional S.A. was founded in 1944 and is based in Santiago, Chile.

Inversiones La Construccion SA operates as a holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, primarily manages pension funds as well as invests in security, health, education, development and other businesses throughout Chile. nversiones La Construccion SA, led by Pablo Gonzalez Figari, Ignacio Gonzalez Recabarren and Robinson Pena Gaete, in 2018 recorded $2.01 billion revenues.
