IFC’s Investment in Procaps

Shearman & Sterling, Gómez-Pinzón Zuleta Abogados, Latham & Watkins and Demarest advised on the deal

International Finance Corporation (IFC) finalized an indirect equity investment in Colombian pharmaceutical company Procaps.

Procaps S.A.S. is engaged in the research and development, manufacture, and commercialization of specialized pharmaceutical forms. The company is based in Barranquilla.
