IDB Group and Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional’s $94.2 Milliion Agreement to Promote investment in infrastructures in Colombia

Gómez-Pinzón and Brigard Urrutia advised on the deal

IDB Group and Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional have signed a $94.2 million agreement in order finance investments in infrastructures in Colombia.

The Inter-American Development Bank is devoted to improving lives. Established in 1959, the IDB is a leading source of long-term financing for economic, social and institutional development in Latin America and the Caribbean. The IDB also conducts cutting-edge research and provides policy advice, technical assistance and training to public and private sector clients throughout the region.

The Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN) is a private, specialized, technical and independent entity, in charge of mobilizing the actors and resources necessary to achieve the development of the country’s infrastructure.

Gómez-Pinzón advised Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional with Daniel Londoño (Picture), Alejandro Bonfante and Juan Felipe Agámez.

Brigard Urrutia advised The Inter-American Development Bank with Carlos Fradique, María José Assís, Natalia Arango and Cristina Gamboa.
