ICG’s €1.875 Billion Financing for the Acquisition of Circet

White & Case has advised the lenders in the transaction.

BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG and Natixis acted as global coordinators on the €1.875 billion financing for the acquisition of the Circet Group, Europe’s leading telecoms infrastructure services company, by Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) from Advent International.

The cov-lite financing comprised a €1.625 billion term loan, which was successfully syndicated in the European market, and a €250 million senior revolving facility. The acquisition closed on October 14, 2021.
