IBM entered a definitive agreement to acquire myInvenio, a process mining software company based in Reggio Emilia, Italy. The acquisition will provide organizations with data-driven software to help them identify the most impactful business processes to automate using AI – including sales, procurement, production and accounting. Financial details were not disclosed.
IBM is a multinational technology and consulting company serving clients in more than 170 countries around the world.
