Hyatt’s $400 Million Senior Notes Offering


Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters in the registered public offering by Hyatt of an aggregate principal amount of $400 million 4.375% Senior Notes due 2028.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
