Hyatt Hotels’ $1.75 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Hyatt Hotels Corporation executed its offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 1.300% notes due 2023, $300 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate notes due 2023 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 1.800% due 2024. 

J.P. Morgan Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Scotia Capital (USA), Wells Fargo Securities, BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co., PNC Capital Markets, Truist Securities, Credit Agricole Securities (USA), Fifth Third Securities, Siebert Williams Shank & Co., Samuel A. Ramirez & Company, Comerica Securities were the underwriters on the offering.
