Huntsman International’s $750 Million Notes Offering


Simpson Thacher BofA Merrill Lynch and Citigroup as joint bookrunning managers in connection with a public offering by Huntsman International LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Huntsman Corporation (“Huntsman”), of $750 million of its 4.5% Senior Notes due 2029.

Huntsman (NYSE: HUN) is a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals with 2018 revenues more than $9 billion. Its chemical products number in the thousands and are sold worldwide to manufacturers serving a broad and diverse range of consumer and industrial end markets. Huntsman operates more than 75 manufacturing, R&D and operations facilities in approximately 30 countries and employs approximately 10,000 associates within its four distinct business divisions.
