Humana’s $1.1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Humana in its underwritten public offering, while Simpson Thacher advised the underwriters.

Humana completed the offering of US$1.1 billion of senior notes comprised of two tranches: US$600 million of 4.500% senior notes due 2025 and US$500 million of 4.875% senior notes due 2030.

BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan Securities served as joint book-running managers for the offering.
