Hortifrut and Talsa S.A., operating as a subsidiary of Grupo Rocío de Perú, finalized a $400 Million Merger agreement.

Talsa S.A. grows and produces berries and vegetables. The company was founded in 1992 and is based in Trujillo, Peru. Talsa S.A. operates as a subsidiary of GRUPO ROCIO.

Hortifrut S.A. produces and markets berries in Chile. It offers blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrants, physalis, and murtillas, as well as fresh, frozen, dehydrated, and concentrated juices.
