Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc.’s $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with the offering by Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.875% senior notes due 2030.

Hilton is a global hospitality company, with a portfolio of 17 world-class brands comprising more than 5,500 properties with more than 900,000 rooms in 113 countries and territories.

BofA Securities, Inc. acted as initial purchaser in the deal.
