Hilco’s Acquisition of Simovision Group

McDermott Will & Emery has advised Windjammer Capital Investors and its portfolio company The Hilsinger Company Inc. (Hilco) on the add-on acquisition of Simovision Group.

Hilco, headquartered in Plainville, Massachusetts, with subsidiaries in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, Australia, China and the Netherlands, is a leading global provider of branded and consumer products for professional eye care and accessories in the optical industry.
