Hidroeléctrica Boliviana S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Tenaska, Inc.

Banco BISA S.A. has provided the credit facility and Panamerican Securities S.A. acted as financial advisor to Hidroeléctrica Boliviana S.A.. Panamerican Securities S.A., based in La Paz led by Gustavo Alejandro Quintanilla Gutierrez and Blanco Carola Morales, provides stock broking services.
