Hess Midstream Partners LP’s $550 Million High?Yield Senior Notes Offering

Hess Midstream Partners LP issued $550,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 5.125% senior notes due 2028. The transaction closed on December 10, 2019.

Hess Midstream Partners LP is a fee-based, growth-oriented, traditional master limited partnership formed by Hess Corporation to own, operate, develop and acquire a diverse set of midstream assets and provide fee-based services to Hess and third-party customers.
