Hermetic Solutions Group’s Acquisition of Cristek Interconnects

Hermetic Solutions Group (HSG), a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital and global provider of highly engineered performance and protection solutions for mission-critical microelectronics, executed its acquisition of Cristek Interconnects, Inc. (Cristek), a leading manufacturer of specialty interconnect products and assemblies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
