Helios Towers announced its entry into agreement to acquire 2,890 telecom tower sites in Oman from Omantel, the largest mobile network operator in Oman, for US$575 million.
Helios Towers (HT) is a market-leading telecom tower infrastructure company which enables mobile operators to roll out and enhance coverage in high-growth markets. HT currently operates in Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Ghana, Republic of Congo, and South Africa.
