Helios Investment Partners’ Acquisition of 35% Shares in Moroccan Subsidiary

BIM Birlesik Magazalar Anonim Sirketi (A.S.), the leading Turkish discount food retailer, completed the sale of 35% of the capital and voting rights of its Moroccan subsidiary, BIM Stores Sarlau, to the private equity firm Helios Investment Partners, an investment company operating in Africa and based in London.

BIM Birlesik Magazalar Anonim Sirketi (A.S.) will continue to hold 65% of the capital of BIM Stores Sarlau.

BIM Birlesik Magazalar A.S. operates food and basic consumer goods discount stores in Turkey. The Company provides an assortment of private label products.
