Gernandt & Danielsson advised Heimstaden
Heimstaden AB announced the establishment of its medium term note programme. The MTN Programme is part of Heimstaden’s debt financing and allows Heimstaden to issue medium term notes in an aggregate amount of up to SEK 10 billion to the capital market, in either SEK, EUR or NOK, with a minimum tenure of one year.
Heimstaden has in this context prepared a base prospectus, which has been approved by, and registered with, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
