Havebury Housing Partnership’s £27.3 Million Project

Capsticks advised Havebury Housing Partnership in connection with security charging of 201 tenanted and shared ownership homes.

Completion of this Phase 2 charging exercise took place on 7 April 2021, following successful completion of the Phase 1 charging exercise in December 2019.

The majority of the homes were under ten years old and considerable legal work was carried out by the planning team pre-completion, so that a full market valuation could be achieved. Capsticks’ work realised the most security for the client, enabling them to continue to build more affordable homes in the east of England.
