Harris Corporation’s $250 Million Registered Floating Rate Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriter, Morgan Stanley, in connection with the $250 million registered floating rate notes offering of Harris Corporation, a provider of technology?based solutions that solve mission?critical challenges in the United States and internationally.

The transaction closed on November 6, 2017.
