HarbourVest Partners acquires 100% of the investment portfolio of SVG Capital plc for £806 Million

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP have advised HarbourVest Partners in its agreement to acquire of 100% of the investment portfolio of SVG Capital plc (“SVG Capital”) for an aggregate purchase price of £806.6 million.
