Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen’s Investment in Systemhaus Cramer

Gütt Olk Feldhaus advised Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen on the deal.

Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen GmbH announced the acquisition of shares in Systemhaus Cramer GmbH by its portfolio company Managed IT Services Group including its acquisition finance by Akquivest. Founder and principal shareholder Christian Cramer has joined the transregional IT services group through a reinvestment and will become CEO of the combined group.

With the acquisition of Systemhaus Cramer GmbH, Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen continue their growth strategy in the market for IT services.

Founded in 1992, Systemhaus Cramer is an IT service provider headquartered in Hamm, North Rhine-Westphalia, with branch offices in Kassel, Munster and Cologne.
