Hansoh Pharmaceutical’s $1 Billion Initial Public Offering

Clifford Chance advised on the most significant Hong Kong initial public offerings, with a cross-border team in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai advising on two recent listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Morgan Stanley, Citi, UBS, Goldman Sachs and China Merchant Securities acted as the Joint Global Coordinators on Hansoh Pharmaceutical’s HK$7.9 billion (US$1 billion) listing.
