Halman-Aldubi Investment House’s Reverse Merger

Gornitzky represented Halman-Aldubi Investment House in a merger transaction with a publicly traded company, in which Halman-Aldubi’s entire investment activity turned into the public company.

Currently, Halman-Aldubi has approximately NIS 14 billion worth of assets under its management.
