Gtd Grupo Teleductos S.A. through its subsidiary Gtd Wigo S.A.S. finalized the acquisition of 100% Stake in Netline S.A.S. from Eduardo Zagazeta Nolasco.

GTD Grupo Teleductos SA, through its subsidiaries, offers telecommunication services such as data and networking, long distance and IP telephony, Internet service, data center, and digital television to other businesses, government institutions, and residential sector.

Netline S.A.S. provides telecomunication services in Perù.
