Grupo Pellas’ $20 Million Acquisition of Banco ProCredit Nicaragua S.A.

Corporación Financiera de Inversiones (CFI), operating as a subsidiary of Grupo Pellas, acquired Banco ProCredit Nicaragua S.A. for $20 Million.

Grupo Pellas, a business conglomerates, engages in businesses that range from agro energy to distribution of hardware and software, commercialization of auto-motors, production and selling of liquors, banking and health services, and others. The Firm, led by Carlos F. Pellas, is based in Managua.
