Grupo Azvi and Blackrock’s $162 Million Investment in the Southern Chile Airport Network

Carey advised Blackrock on the transaction

Cointer, the concessions subsidiary of Grupo Azvi, and the BlackRock Investment Fund, have been assigned the project, to expand, repair, conserve and replace the infrastructure, equipment and existing facilities of the Presidente Carlos Ibáñez Airport from the Campo and the Balmaceda Aerodrome, by the Ministry of Public Works of Chile.
