Grupo Axo’s Syndicated loan


Mijares, Angoitia, Cortés y Fuentes and Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau advised on the transaction

Grupo Axo secured a Syndicated loan of an indisclosed ammount from a banking syndicate including HSBC México and BBVA Bancomer.

Proceeds will be used to finanance part of the acquisition of Tennix en México.
